Description
1:20 Tamiya Fiat 131 Abarth Rally Olia Fiat
The Fiat 131 Abalt Rally is a masterpiece FR (front engine / rear drive) machine that made its debut in the World Rally Championship in 1976, and won three championships in 1977, 1978 and 1980.The base is the 131 Mirafiori, a somewhat boxy sedan that was one of Fiat’s representative family cars at that time. The person in charge was the famous Italian tuner Abarth. The 1995cc in-line four-cylinder DOHC four-valve engine produces a maximum output of 215 horsepower, the suspension was modified to a MacPherson strut 4-wheel independent suspension, and both front and rear were equipped with powerful ventilated disc brakes. In addition, the body was equipped with front and rear spoilers and over fenders; many of the parts were replaced with FRP to reduce weight. The cars that competed 1976 and 1977 were painted in dark blue and yellow, which are also the image colors of Fiat’s genuine oil OLIO FIAT. This model kit reproduces the Fiat’s fearless form, equipped with front and rear spoilers and a large over fender, just like on the actual vehicle. The engine has a precise finish that reproduces the cam cover, belts, ignition cord and more with the Abarth logo engraved. The interior realistically reproduces the roll bar, door lining, dashboard, ABC pedals, footrests and more; the rear seat helmet holder is also included. The underside of the chassis and front and rear strut-type suspensions and disc brakes are also carefully replicated. The antenna is made of stainless steel, and painting mask stickers are included too.
